REFUND, CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

1. Deposits & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure services.

• All deposits are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

• Remaining balances are due before final files are delivered.

2. Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, payment for completed work will still be required.

3. Digital Services

Because services such as design, editing, content creation, photography, and strategy are custom work, they are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Rescheduling Shoots

Clients may reschedule photo or video shoots with 48 hours notice.

Less than 48 hours may result in a rescheduling fee.

PORTFOLIO & PROJECT DISPLAY RIGHTS

RR Marketing Agency reserves the right to share final work, behind-the-scenes content, project summaries, and case studies in our portfolio, social media, website, and marketing materials.

If a client prefers their project to remain private, this must be communicated before the project begins.
